Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited ActivitiesThe following behaviors or activities are prohibited on the Platform:

  1. Using automated software or bots for gaming purposes.
  2. Intentionally creating multiple accounts in a single game or tournament.
  3. Manipulating any outcome of gameplay (including but not limited to, card shuffling).
  4. Cheating or attempting to manipulate results.

Multi-Accounting and Fraud Prevention

  1. You are only allowed one account on the Platform at any given time.
  2. Bingo de la Capitale reserves the right to restrict or close accounts that are suspected of being used for malicious purposes, including but not limited to multi-accounting or attempting to manipulate results.

Bonus and Promotion RulesAll bonuses and promotions provided by Bingo de la Capitale have specific terms and conditions which apply.

  1. To be eligible for a bonus or promotion, users must meet the specified requirements (e.g., deposit amount).
  2. Bonuses are only valid during the stated period.

If technical issues arise during gameplay (resulting in a void game), users will be notified:

  2. In such cases, the outcome of the game will not stand.

Suspension or Closure of Accounts

Bingo de la Capitale reserves the right to restrict access (temporarily or permanently) where suspected abuse is detected under Section 6:

  2. Bingo de la Capitale's management has final say on account suspensions/closures.

Intellectual Property and Platform Ownership

  1. Users agree not to copy, distribute, modify (in whole/part), republish, display, store, create derivative works from or commercially exploit such materials.
  2. Any unauthorized use will constitute a breach.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bingo de la Capitale be liable for any damage resulting from the following:

  1. Any losses incurred due to wagering activities on the Platform.
  2. Technical errors, including but not limited to website malfunctions or server failures.
  3. System failure affecting users' ability to access games.

Modification of Terms

Bingo de la Capitale reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice:
